hide "Inner tube part"

Step #4

fix the "Tire part "

Step #5

select " right plane " and then insert a new part 

Step #6

create "wheel axle"

Step #7

mate the " Wheel " with axle

Step #8

Start " New motion study"

Select  "Animation"

Click the "motor" icon
